WE INVENT

at Ggrey

HOW WE WORK

Our connected work culture nurtures collaboration, creativity, and growth.

We do everything to nourish this culture. We handpick our people, giving importance to subtle criteria that others don’t see.

Everybody knows that the team is everything, yet, most companies use some unthoughtful hiring process.

But we, we developed our unique way to curate and keep outstanding people, who, together, make our “Olympic” team.

We pick top-of-the-field engineers (software, electronics, mechatronics, mechanical) and business professionals. We focus on expertise and mindset.

We are after...

those who imagine what is not yet real, with an insatiable curiosity to see, sense, and make

those who are always starting up, to whom completing only means opening the next door

those who indulge in believing and seeing every friction as a grip to climb higher

And, we do not post job offers.

FEW OF OUR PRINCIPLES

ENVIRONMENTS

THAT MAKE SENSE

You can be as strong-willed as it gets, but for how long, if the surroundings lay frictions? At Ggrey, we acknowledge the forces of flow in the environment–physical, digital, or cultural. Physically, we are nested in the leading innovation hub of Austria, where we build daily work around focused use of time and flexibility to change workspaces–quiet, crowded, open, comfortable. Digitally, we are natives. Culturally, we are universal.

COMPENSATIONS

THAT MAKE SENSE

We have a salary and a bonus, but the calculation system is inventive. Market-value is one part of the compensation, but what stands apart is a role-based bonus where we value unrecognized yet effective contributions, e.g., bringing new knowledge, resources, concepts, good mood, being brutally honest (for the sake of the business).

WORK

THAT MAKES SENSE

Our business model is engaged in serving society. The parent company of Ggrey is in charge of this part, but everyone at Ggrey knows about these social engagements.

Our journey is an adventure–the most worthwhile of adventures!

Do you feel, you could be part of an Olympic team?

Sure?
